Jessica Stam

What a doll. Jessica Stam was born in Kincardine, Ontario and was one of six rambunctious children. She was discovered while in Canada's finest coffee house, Tim Hortons, in 2000. By 2002, Stam had already won the LA Model Look contest and was soon shooting covers for UK, Turkey, and German Vogue. That same season she was shooting advertisements for Anna Sui, Marc Jacobs, Giorgio Armani and more. For spring 2006, Jessica Stam walked in a total of 64 shows. During the next season, she walked for Christian Dior, Chanel, Christian Lacroix, Jean-Paul Gaultier, and Givenchy. She was also featured in campaigns for Chloé and even caught youtube fame when she heals caught and she bailed receiving the first place on the 'Top 5 Runway Falls' by New York Magazine. In 2011, Jessica Stam became the new face for CoverGirl for their new brand 'Lip Perfection.' Next time I'm in Tim Hortons I'll make sure to dress my best, and maybe I'll become Canada's next top models.
