Living in a big beautiful city like Toronto, where the traffic horns blare and the pavement gets hot. Children in strollers being carted across street car tracks, the intensity of the King St. lawyers and the cool vibes of Kensington Market. All causes one to go insane after a while and forget that us humans, are supposed to be in nature, frolicking with the dear!

So today I left all that and headed into the countryside. Yes, where they ride tractors, and yes, where you see horses and ponies and sheep even. Oh the serenity, the silence, the whisper of the wind and the chuckles of the stream, endless green and flowers sunbathing by the river. It was luxurious.

I even got to sit in the water and meditate in silence, with the calling of the birds overhead.
